Intended Audience:
This course has been created for virtually every person that has a concern about quality - that should be everyone in the organization .
Overview:
A quality management system is really a means by which to control processes within a system to yield desired and consistent results.
Success requires defining the process approach to the organization's business through the sequence and interactions of the business' processes. Monitoring of processes provide a continual review of planned goals. Those processes that do not meet goals require correction and corrective action.
A copy of ISO 9001:2008 is required to complete portions of this course.
