If you have been named to your organization's internal auditor team, this instructor led course provides internal auditor candidates with knowledge and techniques to effectively conduct an internal audit of a process-based quality management system using ISO 9001:2008.

Overview:
This instructor led course provides internal auditor candidates with knowledge and skills to audit a process-based quality management system using ISO 9001.

Participants learn the requirements of ISO 9001, the process approach to business, and how to conduct a process-based QMS internal audit.

A copy of ISO 9001:2008 is required to complete portions of this course.

There are two quizzes as part of this course.   A certificate of completion is awarded to students achieving a 70% score on each of the two quizzes.
