Intended Audience:
If you are involved in your quality program, you need to take these two courses.

A quality management system (QMS) can be expressed as the organizational structure, procedures, processes and resources needed to implement quality management.  QMS has converged with sustainability and transparency initiatives, being integral to investor and customer satisfaction and perceived quality.

This instructor led course provides internal auditor candidates with knowledge and skills to audit a process-based quality management system using ISO 9001.

A copy of ISO 9001:2008 is strongly recommended to complete these courses.

After completing the courses, you will take a quiz or final exam.  A certificate of completion is awarded to students achieving a 70% score on each of the two quizzes.
